We typically accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) .

  • For new customers: 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment (or against copy of B/L).
  • For long-term partners: flexible terms negotiable.

  We also support third-party inspection before payment to ensure your confidence.

12 months (or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first) factory warranty for new machines.

Warranty starts from the date of Bill of Lading. Consumable parts (tires, filters, buckets) are not covered.

We maintain a dedicated spare parts warehouse. For common wear parts (filters, belts, seals, hydraulic hoses), we can ship within 3–5 working days via air or express. For major components (engines, pumps, valves), lead time is 7–15 days. We also provide a recommended spare parts list with each machine for your local stock planning.
